Round 1.
First go up the middle to make a space so you can shoot off to each side and drop as many bubbles as possible.
Try to shoot or drop the shadow bubbles as soon as possible before they spread too far.
Once you've dropped the sides you'll see lots of doomies and 2 bombs.
Here you have to look carefully at the bubbles and pick your way through the doomies trying not to detonate the bombs too early.

Tips Round 2
First shoot diagonally and clear the sides..
Drop the doomies if you can, don't worry if you can't.
Then work your way up the middle and you should be able to drop the doomies.
The bombs are a problem, try not to detonate them until you're almost to the lock.
Usually you can open the lock with just one bomb detonated or dropped
Once the lock is open you should be able to drop the bombs.
There are 2 more bombs above the lock but they are at the sides so you can just go up the middle to drop the ceiling without detonating them.

Tips Round 3.
I did this using the precision and webbing charms.
The first thing to do is stop the virus as soon as possible. You need to keep it from getting below the skulls or you won't get the angle to shoot up the gap.
Once that's done you can work on clearing the bottom and then go up diagonally to drop the sides.
Don't bother hitting the mystery's unless you know you can drop them, they've been bombs or virus every time I've hit them.Once you have the sides down you can bounce bubbles over the middle bit and drop it.
Once that's done, open the locks and up you go.
Once you're through the locks it's fairly straightforward, avoid the skulls and clear your nine holes.
The shadow bubbles will be spreading but there's not much you can do about them. I try to drop them if I can, but at least avoid hitting very large groups if you can or you'll lose all your bubbles.
To get my highest score I used antidote and salvation charms.
